I feel a little sorry for all the great actors in this film, because you have to wonder if they started thinking, “Hmm, this just isn’t working, but I’m in too far now and have to see it through.”

Footloose is an enjoyable film with some good messages about family and respect, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting to go home and rent the original movie.

It may be that ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules’ just isn’t my kind of movie, because I had mom-friends tell me they laughed all the way through it with their kids.

‘Mars Needs Moms’ might be an ok movie to see on DVD or Blu-ray somewhere down the line, but I’m not going to tell you to rush out and see it right now.
