    Yes! Kayt Sukel, you just managed to articulately (and with science!) say what I’ve intuitively felt since becoming a mother.

    Truly, I don’t think our culture does us any favors by expecting us to look and act the same post-parenthood as we did pre-parenthood. Look at animals; their interactions change after becoming parents. I think the same holds true for humans, and I think that can be a very good thing indeed.
