This is great!! I love it. It reminds me of my ultimate goal in life – to one day (way, way, into the future, of course) to be the best, most fun, awesome grandma ever. Looks like your mom may hold that title right now!!

Lisa. I’m glad I chose the magic words to get you to stop by!

Lana, I’m glad your mom has mellowed and is great for your kids.

Kathie, it seems like we have the same kind of mom. Fun!

Doesn’t remind me of my mom at all, but I’m so glad to have read it and seen these fun pics. It was the “horse’s butts” in your description over on Facebook that got me to click over. I’m in it for the base humor, I guess.

My mom never spoiled us and she was very strict and expected us to proper and respectful at all times. To this day, I stand up straight when I see her. When it comes to her grandkids, however, she is a completely different person. She spoiled them, plays with them, and lets them have ice cream any time of the day even if they awake in the middle of the night and ask for it. What I love the most about her is the type of grandmother she is; that is the type of grandmother I wished I had. My one grandmother lived far away and the other died when I was 5.

Reminds me soooo much of my mom. We recently had a local tourist day and drove all over town. My mom, too, is hilarious and we all hadn’t laughed like that in a long time. Moms are great. Thank you for sharing.
