Red Roof Savings: Red Roof® launches “No Foolin” 1-Cent Sale April 1-15. What can you get for one cent? Starting April 1, 2010, April Fool’s Day, a room at Red Roof®! Red Roof, a leader in economy lodging, announced today its “No Foolin’” 1 Cent Sale. Of the 350 Red Roof properties nationwide, one percent of rooms per property will be on sale for only one penny per night from April 1-15, 2010.
The first reservations for the sale are being taken on March 31, for April 1 and 2; the last day guests will be able to book this special rate would be on April 13, for April 14 and 15. The one cent sale will start over every day at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time and rooms are limited to one room per property, per day. Guests will only be able to book one cent rooms on redroof.com.
Red Roof will further its value added deals this spring by offering free phones to hotel guests and visitors during the months of April and May. The guest will simply need to click on a dedicated “Free Phone Offer” link on redroof.com and then sign up for new service or upgrade their current service to receive a new, free phone from either AT&T®, Verizon®, Sprint® or T-Mobile®. The phone will then be shipped directly to the guest from the cell phone provider.
Also in April, Red Roof is gearing up for the summer travel season, by partnering with the popular Budget Travel® magazine to sponsor a summer travel sweepstakes, giving away free room nights for summer travel.
